Job description
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Trainee in Controlling (m/f/d) who will actively support us in analysing existing campaigns, automating existing processes and continuously developing new systems to gain a better understanding of our customers' performance.
Your tasks include:
The starting salary for a full-time trainee in Controlling (m/f/d) is 30,000 euros gross per year.
We also offer you attractive opportunities for further development and promotion over the coming years.
The familiarisation phase usually lasts 2-4 months.

- existing experience in the areas of social media and online marketing is a plus, but not required.
- has at least graduated from high school or completed vocational training.

- has the ability to learn new skills independently.
- has a friendly, loyal personality with excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- has strong precision, self-organisation and a structured, responsible working style.
- has the ability to follow existing processes.
- has quick comprehension and high level of discipline.
- has strong communication skills and a keen sense of precision.
- Good handling of performance pressure.
- Clear and error-free written expression in German.
