Job description
For our dynamic online marketing team, we are looking for new employees (m/f/d) to support us in the development of new marketing campaigns as well as in the maintenance of existing ones.
Your tasks include:
The starting salary for a full-time Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) is 36,000 euros gross per year.
Depending on your professional experience, your commitment and your level of expertise, we are prepared to (significantly) overpay you.

The induction phase usually lasts between 2 and 4 months.

We are looking for someone who:
- has a degree or relevant professional training in marketing, journalism, social media management or similar.
- has at least one year of experience in online and performance marketing.
- has the ability to create compelling landing pages and advertising copy.
- is familiar with terms such as CPM, CTR, conversions, funnels, etc.
- has a friendly and loyal personality with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- has strong precision, self-organisation and a structured, responsible working style.
- has the ability to follow existing processes.
- has quick comprehension and high level of discipline.
- has strong communication skills and a keen sense of precision.
- Good handling of performance pressure.
- Clear and error-free written expression in German.
