Job Description
We are looking for a Management Assistant (m/f/d) to support our team in business organisation and planning as well as optimising our business processes. In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial realisation of our national and international marketing and consulting projects.
Your tasks include:
The starting salary for the full-time position of Management Assistant (m/f/d) is 35,000 euros gross per year.
Depending on your professional experience and commitment, you may be eligible for overpayment.

Your Profile:
- Commercial or business management training (e.g. commercial apprenticeship, HAK, HAS, HLW, business studies).
- Ability to implement existing processes effectively.
- Friendly and loyal personality with excellent communication skills and team spirit.
- Strong organisational skills, structured and responsible working style.
- Proactive thinking and acting, discretion and interpersonal skills.
- Quick comprehension and self-discipline.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
- Meticulous and flawless written expression in German.
